If I spent time telling my children how much I love them and attended all their school functions. The complaint says she pressured him into sexual encounters by suggesting his job, pay, and future at the bank depended on it, and says the employee was married, which he claims added to the pressure and fear of being exposed. She allegedly gave him substances like Viagra and other drugs without his consent, leaving him impaired and unable to fully resist. The lawsuit also claims there were non-consensual acts during those times, along with racially abusive remarks, and says she kept control by tracking his movements and parts of his personal and financial life. According to the lawsuit, after he reported it internally, he claims he was pushed out of his role, including being locked out of systems and placed on leave, instead of being protected. He says he faced retaliation and that his job eventually ended because of the complaint.
