Totally. It happens all over the world by British ex pats. Spain needs to be highlighted, they go over there buy dogs and nearly always leave them there not even given to a rescue just left on the streets when they decide to come back. Bloody awful people The rescues over there are crammed with dogs who belonged to ex pats. Total scum people. My opinion I don't see why our 'government' is chartering flights for them to come back. People who work over there are on good money they should buy their own tickets.
