But I feel like back even when I was growing up the school had programs to go to after school or even at that age it was trade programs or working “internship” type programs, libraries. We don’t have that.

@TevonBlair Chicago doesn’t provide outlets for our youth, especially the ages between 13-17. There not a lot of programs in the schools other than sports really and no recreational places for teens. That’s why we see this happening.
