I grinded this out with @NailsOU and we came to the same conclusion. After 160 tests, we never hit the minimum damage roll once. Based on this testing, I feel confident saying only 15 damage rolls exist in Champions. Details: smogon.com/forums/threads…

@adisubra I agree there needs to be a qualifying system for international events to allow some top players to attend.

No one listens when I say the fairest way to do signups is a try-out tournament. Think you're good enough to play at NAIC? Finish top 1300 in GC. That's not a high bar to clear but guarantees all the best players (and most mid players too) will get in.

It’s gotta get a point the Pokémon international events has to be a merit entry system first. Players done well during regional events and seasonal ranked ladder and online competitions

It's now been discovered that Pokémon Champions does in fact use a different formula for the stats, and doesn't have neither EVs nor IVs, instead uses the new SP value. It's a lot simpler to the one used in the main games. HP = BaseHP + StatPoints + 75 Other Stats = Nature * (BaseStat * StatPoints + 20) Nature is 0.9, 1.0 or 1.0 depending on the nature.

Unnerve sometimes doesn't prevent Pokemon from eating Berries in Pokemon Champions! Certain Pokemon with entrance Abilities somehow ignore (?) Unnerve suppressing Berries and eat them anyway (I got Sinistcha, Pelipper, Politoed, and Torkoal to bypass Unnerve).

Did you know you can turn on the "Display Battle Info" setting to keep track of things like Trick Room, Tailwind & Weather in #PokemonChampions? Every second counts when your turn timer is ticking in the Warm-Up Challenge ⏳
