Australia and the UK have signed The Geelong Treaty securing the delivery of SSN-AUKUS submarines. The Nuclear-Powered Submarine Partnership and Collaboration Agreement signed on Saturday will strengthen cooperation and enhance both nations’ industrial capability and capacity.

Over 8,000 people, including the Secretary of Defence Greg Moriarty visited ASA’s stand during #AIA25! Attendees learned of the #STEM opportunities on offer under AUKUS to support Australia's commitment to deliver conventionally-armed nuclear-powered submarines.

Another win for Australia’s nuclear-powered submarine future workforce, with 4 Australians graduating from the US Radiological Controls Technician Qualifying School at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. These skills are needed to support Australia to deliver this critical capability.
