It is generally accepted that fat tissues “talk” to the brain via secreted hormones. Our amazing student @yuwang, co-mentored by @liye_tsri, discovered that somatosensory neurons innervating adipose tissue act as a break to counteract sympathetic activity. nature.com/articles/s4158…
