I spoke to Susana on your phone team and she was wonderful. She submitted a formal complaint to the store.

@Walmart when I place a grocery pickup order for between 7&8pm, and receive an email confirming it's ready at 6:55, I expect it to be ready when I arrive at 7. Instead it's 8:07pm and I'm still waiting and the employees are avoiding talking to anyone. 😡

The manager disappeared behind locked doors, and is making poor Angelo (just an associate) do his bidding…Manager is canceling most peoples orders! He needs a stern talking to by corporate and Angelo deserves a promotion for how well he’s been handling us pissed off customers

So I've wasted a ton of time. Plus gas. I drove out to Avondale from Phoenix to bring groceries to my mom tonight. Using the last of my gas to do so. I can't make another trip.

Hour and a half, and the manager is saying he's just going to cancel everyone's orders.

@Walmart And now the manager is being rude to everyone, because we all want updates after having been waiting for groceries for so long, this poor woman next to me has been waiting for two hours, blowing away my hour and 20 minutes.

@tacobell I'm getting real tired of getting home and discovering that I'm missing items from my order. The store never answers their phone and tell the bell doesn't get back to me either. Can someone help?

The @INFINITIUSA Q50 handles beautifully in the snow, and looks good to boot. 10/10 would drive again.
