@SIRLEONS It depends on a lot here, some children might not be referred to the children's hospital for various reasons.

@AustinBytts ah, ok. Some hospitals here, "adult" care starts for kids at 14 depending on the need (smaller, lesser used services will take kids younger)

Back into school full time and going to the children's hospital to provide music therapy. Lot of work and lot of learning to understand what music "kids these days" listen to.
