🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. Navy boarded and seized an Iranian-flagged vessel in the Arabian Sea yestarday. The M/V Touska tried to run the blockade. It didn't get through. This is now a daily pattern. Iran probes. The U.S. intercepts. Neither side is backing down. The blockade is a pressure valve. Every ship Iran loses is a message to Tehran that the economic squeeze is real and enforceable at sea. Source: CENTCOM

🇮🇱🇺🇸Ex-CIA Larry Johnson says Trump was manipulated into believing it was a good idea to start the war with Iran. Mossad told Trump 80% of Iranians would rise up against the regime with a little encouragement. They didn't. They never were going to. "It was a lie. But it became the truth, what was believed."

🇺🇸🇮🇷 With Iran announcing the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, promising it will remain closed until Trump's blockade is lifted, the new Supreme Leader posted: "The Islamic Republic of Iran's Army is now courageously defending the land, water, and flag that belong to it." That's how he phrases the Iranian navy firing upon 2 civilian tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. Very courageous. Source: @MKKhamenei_ir

Pic of Gallego and Swalwell on camels at a Qatar qeach is (understandably) showing up in "what's up w Gallego" stories. Sneaky thing I noticed: NY Post credits it to "Sydney Barron." That was her name when she posted it. But her legal name now is Sydney Barron Gallego. She's his wife, that's her in the black. At his presser, a reporter described this as a "compromising" photo. But it's a photo his wife took that got famous because BI wrote about the junket they were on. businessinsider.com/eric-swallwell…
