honestly feeling so happy in life rn. been consistently eating healthy, tracking macros/micros. creating a workout routine and sticking to it. walking every day. learning how to do things i should've learned a long time ago, even travelled multiple times this year, once to a different country. ive even been keeping my sleep schedule in check (which is something ive struggled with for my entire life). I'm finally killing off my old lazy, immature self and finally becoming the man i always wanted to be. this is the most consistent I've ever been with changing things in my life and its been paying off mentally and physically so quickly. i admit i definitely am a late bloomer in some aspects, but i can also admit that I'm happy that I'm starting the changes necessary to live a fulfilling, happy life. i cant wait to see where I'm at this time next year :)
