Baby boomers aren't selling their homes & why would they? They paid $120,000 for a home 25+ years ago, owe $0 & have $550k+ of equity. "Downsizing" means they'd need to buy something for $450k + take on a 6.5% loan. ...Many won't move & this will keep inventory low.

I forget what I’m doing while doing it. I get delusional, I hallucinate (mostly auditory). My body just goes haywire.

For too many Michigan families, finding a home they can afford feels out of reach. There aren’t enough homes, and the ones on the market are too damn expensive.   We need to make it easier to build more housing, bring down costs, and help more families find a place to call home.

@Mubarak_mubious The rehab/addiction treatment industry. Also the entire therapy industry. Both are 100% entirely run by people who suffer from the same exact disorders they’re trying to treat in others. This may be a good thing or a bad thing, but ultimately it’s reality either way.
