@AustralianSuper Thanks for the reply. I fully understand having a diverse portfolio but I want better ethical standards. My point was that propping up jobs in Trump’s America right now is not in Australia’s best interests. This investment was being heralded as great for American jobs. Not happy.

@AustralianSuper You may have done that but I am on a strict timeline and when I called to ask what was happening I got zero updates, or any real help. Good customer service is not difficult. No one has communicated with updates

@AustralianSuper I just called as this is an urgent issue and still no clue! Absolutely woeful service - or lack of! I will be speaking to AFCA today. I haven’t even had a proper resolution response to the complaint I made!

@AustralianSuper I haven't looked at my Account for many months but today I did & was shocked to see how much it has lost money over the months I hadn't been looking at it. This is disgraceful. I'm losing money & retirement is only around the corner. Can't wait to close account.
