Hi there, we have a dedicated phone option for callers to identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons. This option allows us to connect a caller to a specialist team with cultural training who is better equipped to understand and help with the challenges faced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This dedicated option also provides interpreter services to callers who may not speak English and requires services in their native language. If you still need help with your super account, you can contact us at ausup.me/msg or visit - australiansuper.com/contact-us for other ways to reach out. Thanks, Stephen.

Got a letter from @AustralianSuper saying I've been signed up (not been employed for 4yrs). Called up, went through automated phone process & when I selected to speak to a member about my account, Next question was "Are you Aboriginal or Torrest St Islander"? Why does it matter?

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share this. We appreciate how frustrating this may feel in the current economic climate. We recognise that insurance is an important part of a member’s financial safety net, and every year we review the insurance we offer and what it costs. From May 2022 to May 2026, we were able to reduce the overall weekly cost of basic age-based cover by between 17% and 37% due to a decrease in claims during that period. Due to a rise in Death, Total & Permanent Disablement (TPD) and Income Protection claims paid over the past year, this year the cost of cover is increasing for members in the AustralianSuper plan, Super Options and the Personal Plan. Even with the increase, most members with basic age-based cover will be paying lower insurance premiums than they were in 2022. We are a profit-for-member super fund, so you only pay for what it costs to provide your insurance. We know everyone’s situation is different, and if you’re worried about how this affects you, our team can help you understand your options, including adjusting or reviewing your cover. You can contact us at ausup.me/msg or visit - australiansuper.com/contact-us for other ways to reach out. If you’d like to make a complaint, please email your full name and member number to socialmedia@australiansuper.com with #21396 in the subject line, or head to australiansuper.com/contact-us Thanks, Sarah

Ask @AustralianSuper . They confirm they are investing diversified funds( a loop hole name for funding defence or $israli regime). They invest funding on geneocidal business, when @ICC @UN @UNHumanRights all confirm it is geneocide in ME. @ImamsCouncil @moonsightingau

@AustralianSuper Wonder anyone care about retirement when their super is invested in funding geneocide and killing family members?? @AustralianSuper is gross. This is systematic process to keep everyone poor and support oligarch in the world.

@australiansuper, please respond to questions posed by @MichaelWestBiz 1How does Australian Super reconcile its stated commitment to human rights and international law when it is such a large investor in Israel and, in particular, in companies involved in weapons making (Elbit) and chemicals used in illegal warfare (ICL)? 2Could you please confirm your Israel investments (as per the attachment) and estimate how much is invested in these stocks (Israel companies) at present? By percentage country weighting and overall dollar value. 3Have you (the Board, the company IFM or the AS funds) taken legal advice as to the risk of being found to be involved in financing war crimes? If so, what is this advice?

@AustralianSuper @Andrew_JCC Hey AusSuper, being "deeply concerned" is Penny Wong's go to, not yours. Thoughts & prayers doesn't cut it here. Australians don't want to be complicit in genocide & war crimes. So why is Australian Super still investing with those committing war crimes & being complicit?
