Reviewing your games in OBS lets you catch the micro gameplay mistakes (sequencing, cantrip decisions, timing) and the macro mistakes (role assessment, life total management, sideboard plans) you miss in the moment. In the content I make, I do a mix of live commentary and post-match breakdowns. Rewatching with the same info, but without being 5 rounds deep and mentally fried gives you fresh opportunities to assess situations.
