Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical is a good example of the use of H-1B visas to replace American contractors working there in Indianapolis. I was an IT contractor there in 2009 when Lilly decided to rebid the contract we were servicing. An Indian company under bid us and Lilly had the Indians takeover our jobs using H-1B visas. The Indians came in and we had to train them before we left in January of 2010. All 140 highly skilled American IT workers were replaced by Indians and I was forced to retire.

🚨 Huge. Indiana Lieutenant Governor says he will help fight to END H-1B visas at our state universities. “This isn’t good governance when we protect the people of the world more than we protect our own citizens.” American jobs are for Americans.

🚨INDIAN CORPORATE TAKEOVER‼️ I just got my 2 months notice at my corporate accounting job. My company is off-shoring American jobs to Hyderabad India 🇮🇳 The Indians replacing us are almost completely incompetent. The minute I get my severance, I will name and shame.

Honestly, you can't imagine the vibe of this group of creators who collectively have more than 6 million followers who have all gathered in Kentucky to support Thomas Massie. I knew a little bit about Massie before this, and then today on @ShannonJoyRadio's show, Tiffany Cianci (@TheVinoMom) was talking about some of the bills that @MassieforKY has been a part of in Congress, and I just heard them and thought, "oh my God, nobody knows about this." And then it occurred to me, this is why @5149jamesli, Hunter Howell, Shannon Joy, Dani Love, Tiffany, and so many more have spent their own money to come to Northern Kentucky to make sure that outside money and influence doesn't overwhelm the political capital that this real guy, Thomas Massie, has earned through actual good work on behalf of his constituents.

You have every right to know what your government is doing, and they have no right to know what you are doing. That is why they are called public servants and we are called private citizens. Instead, the relationship has been inverted. The state hides behind secrecy, classified files, and redactions while demanding total visibility into your finances, communications, movement, and behavior. A society where the rulers live in privacy while the population lives under surveillance is the very definition of tyranny.

During the Biden administration, H-1B visa holders were buying houses with 97-100% financing. 97% would come from the FHA, with the rest coming from state first-time home buyer programs. Zero money down. Thanks to programs that were supposed to be helping low-income American families buy their own homes. FHA loans to non-permanent residents quickly grew to represent 6% of mortgage issuances. The percentage was undoubtedly higher in places like the DFW area, where H-1B visa holders are disproportionately concentrated. I don’t have anything against people in America on H-1B visas. I’ve said it before—and I’ll say it again—that I’ve found many of them to be great people on an individual level, and I wish them all nothing but the best. Individual immigrants—especially those here legally—are not at fault for flawed US immigration policy. But this might be the most radicalizing thing I’ve ever seen. Not only are American workers forced to compete for jobs, they’re also forced to compete in the housing market against people bringing 0-3% of a house’s cost to the closing table, versus the 10-20% most people have to pay. First, companies import mass numbers of H-1B visa holders, largely in "back office" white-collar fields like IT and accounting. This essentially imposes a lower ceiling on domestic wages in these job categories. Next, these workers—who are generally concentrated in certain geographic areas—create more demand for housing (especially in good school districts), driving up home prices and the cost of living. Then, to top it off, they don’t even have to save up money for a down payment. They can close on a $500k house with $0-15k plus a 97% FHA loan. Meanwhile, ordinary American families are forced to come to with $50-100k for the same down payment. I don’t care how you feel about Trump or what your preferred immigration policies are; there’s no defending this. It screws over hard-working American citizens several different ways over, and it’s yet another reason why I will always be glad Trump won and Kamala Harris lost in 2024.

Libertarians for Massie

🚨 Now we know exactly why Ed Gallrein has dodged 8 debates and hides from Kentucky voters. His entire campaign bio is a cover-up. Gallrein’s central campaign claim is that he served "30 years" as an active-duty Navy SEAL from 1984 to 2014. The receipts just dropped. Official 2011 Navy docs and his own circulated bio show he actually separated/retired in August 2011. So what was he actually doing from 2011 to 2014? 1️⃣ He worked as a civilian contractor for the DOE (GemTech), where he was abruptly FIRED in 2013. (He filed a whistleblower complaint over the firing and the government dismissed it). 2️⃣ He was working for an NGO in Bangladesh (RDRS). Right before running for Congress, Gallrein scrubbed the civilian firing and the Bangladesh NGO from his LinkedIn. He then padded his "Active Duty Navy" timeline by 3 years to cover the gap. He didn't just embellish, he used the uniform to hide a civilian termination from the voters of KY-04. THIS is why D.C. Super PACs have to spend $10 MILLION to keep him in a witness protection program. If he gets on a debate stage, he knows he’ll be exposed. Thomas Massie is running against a complete fraud. Evidence in comments.

This is what local accountability looks like: In Festus, Missouri, a town of about 14,000 people, the city council quietly approved a $6 billion Ai data center to be built on 360 acres just north of Highway 67. Residents say they were never properly heard. Meetings were held in private. Documents were released too late. A week after the approval, the town held a regular election. Voter turnout jumped 129 percent. Every single council member who had voted yes lost in a landslide. A 70-year-old first-time candidate beat an 8-year incumbent by 40 percentage points. Now a recall petition is circulating to remove the mayor as well. The lawsuit against the city is already filed. Has your local government ever been held accountable like this? 🔥

American infrastructure is being gutted for data centers. This is a hostile takeover. Americans didn’t vote for this. Land is being stolen. Water is being contaminated. People can’t breathe. Vibrations and noise from data centers are keeping people up all night. Trees are being cut down. Our country is being robbed.

The covid scamdemic changed my perception of the reality of how our world is run. It became obvious that our politicians, our medical institutions and the mainstream media are corrupt to the core. They are mere puppets of big pharma, assorted globalist billionaires, the WEF and the WHO. They don't have our best interests at heart. The deception, the manipulation, the fake science and the military-grade propaganda were all used to push a narrative that was false, dishonest and injurious to our health and well-being. Covid was a rehearsal for what the globalists plan for us - total control and our enslavement. So dear citizen, think critically, question everything. Be prepared for the next scam/deception. Say an emphatic NO to Digital ID

First of all, a tax return is not a ‘refund’. Handing back a small portion of what was immorally extorted and expecting us to be grateful is beyond insulting. Especially while so much fraud at the expense of the taxpayers is being exposed. If you really want a pat on the back, completely defund the entire IRS and stop stealing from the people.

“I would say the first thing we could do to reduce our spending is to stop poisoning our people.” - Catherine Austin Fitts (@austin_fit76995) The budget for Health and Human Services is now around $1.8 trillion, and we have the sickest people. When more than half of America’s children are living with a chronic health condition, you are looking at a population with no economic future. And yet efforts by Secretary Kennedy to address the root problem through pharmaceutical policy and the food system have gone almost nowhere. How willing is Washington to make real changes? Zero willing. Not willing at all. They will not fix this. It only changes when people make it impossible for them not to.

Colorado is now requiring lawyers in the State, as a condition of logging into its court e-filing system, to promise not to cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing federal immigration law. Please understand: - I do not practice immigration law. - I do not practice criminal law. - Nothing about my civil practice has anything to do with this. And yet because I cannot log into the State's official e-filing system without saluting The Resistance, I now cannot represent my clients, file lawsuits, access cases, file documents in existing cases, etc. If I click "Decline," it kicks me out of the system. I must click "Accept" to access the system and continue representing my civil clients -- again, in cases that have absolutely nothing to do with immigration law or policy. I've read SB 25-276 (the law referred to below). It does not regulate me as a private attorney or any of the clients I represent in civil matters. This is outrageous draconian overreach. I have ethical obligations to my clients to represent them competently. My existing cases have running deadlines that I must attend to. Judges issue orders in my cases that I must follow. If I don't click "Accept" in order to access the State's e-filing system, I will harm my clients, torpedo my practice, and probably commit malpractice. So, I have no choice. I'm clicking "Accept" under protest.
