let's go over "what rights do you not have" "what rights are being taken" life - government trying to kill trans people via forcefully detransition, being put on lists and tracked and being forced to be outed against their safety. liberty - the freedom to live as ourselves is a liberty freedom from torture/slavery - theyre making laws like bathroom bans to throw trans people in prison(slavery) and theyre forcing prison inmates to detransition (torture) equality before the law - trans people are treated like second class citizens or vermin the fact that alot of places have "trans panic defense" which gives you the legal right to essentially murder a trans person with no threat of charges if you are "scared" freedom of expression - drag bans and other expression bans have been enacted in various places as "obscene" access to work, education & healthcare - trans people have some of the highest discrimination rates, more than the majority of other minority groups but its compounded if the person shares other minority groups.
