It’s insane to me that Republicans are about to lose the house and the senate in the midterms and instead of using time, energy, money, and resources into flipping or saving seats.. they’re spending it all to replace Massie because he hurt Trump’s ego and maintains the position that foreign aid is unconstitutional. Trump has been saying for a full year now that "MAGA" means only one thing.
It does not indicate any fixed principles in foreign policy or economic policy.
It requires ONLY loyalty to Trump and whatever he says, even if it's the opposite of what he said yesterday.
Today Trump added a second MAGA commandment: one must revere, and never criticize, Fox News' Supreme Israel Firster Mark Levin. That's the whole movement.
That's why MTG has been saying there's a fundamental differerence between MAGA and America First.
The former is a cult of personality. The latter is an ideology.
