🚨Watching $TQQQ may actually be hurting your trades. While you're stuck staring at one ticker getting nervous & emotional, you're missing cleaner setups and making expensive mistakes. Truth bomb: Another leveraged ETF has absolutely crushed $TQQQ over the past 10 years. Full video linked in profile #TQQQ #LeveragedETFs #DayTrading #SwingTrading #StockMarket

🚀From “100% Certain - 0% Profits” to calm, consistent trading 🏖️Imagine trading with zero pressure to be right on every trade. You see your edge → take the trade → follow your rules. Win or lose, you stay calm. Losses become data. Execution gets clean. This is the transformation! Mark Douglas described: “Accept that certainty doesn’t exist, and you create the certainty you crave.”This is exactly what AutoPilot members experience every day.Ready for the other side? Check my profile for the two membership options (Full Service or LETF Only). Quick question: What would change in your life if trading stopped being stressful? 🚨The day I stopped needing certainty I used to be completely stuck in the 100% Certain = 0% Profits trap. Paralyzed waiting for perfect setups. Moving stops at the first sign of trouble. Needing to be right on every trade. Then Mark Douglas’s 5 truths hit me: 🔥Anything can happen 🔥You don’t need to know what happens next 🔥Wins & losses are randomly distributed 🔥You only need a real edge + consistent execution The moment I accepted uncertainty, hesitation disappeared. Execution got clean. Stress dropped dramatically. This same shift has transformed many of my AutoPilot students. What’s causing you the most hesitation right now — entering, holding, or taking losses?Drop one word below Final post Friday will shows what trading looks like on the other side. #TradingPsychology #DayTrading #swingtrading

@SJosephBurns The Solutions to successful trading are never "Out There"; They are inside the Trader. If the trader believes the solution is "Out There" the will never achieve the discipline to become a master trader. #tradingpsycology

“[Traders] can have an ego but they have to know how to check it at the door. You have to be open-minded…you can’t be stuck and start making up reasons why you have a position. You will just lose a lot of money.” — Stanley Druckenmiller

@NickSchmidt Excellent Quote. Like so many of us, true success came when we stopped looking out and started looking in to ourselves. The Solutions are not Out THERE! D

100% Certain = 0% Profits This is the dangerous mindset destroying trading accounts. You feel it. You “know” it’s going to work. You click buy… and then reality hits. Mark Douglas was right — we chase certainty in a market that doesn’t give it. Result? Hesitation, revenge trades, and blown accounts. Have you ever been this sure about a trade… only for it to go wrong? Drop a 💥 if yes. Next email drops the shift that actually works. #TradingPsychology #DayTrading

I’m not a massive fan of prop firms honestly. Not saying they can’t work, because they obviously can, I’ve passed them myself and had clients do well with them too… but I just don’t think they’re great environments for most traders long term. There’s just always pressure there. You’re constantly thinking about rules, drawdowns, not messing the account up, and I honestly think it leads a lot of traders towards emotional trading without realising it. These days I’d much rather focus on building real income and using that money to grow more wealth over time, instead of treating trading like some get rich quick thing. That approach is just way calmer, way more sustainable, and honestly… probably how trading should’ve been approached from the start.

You are your trading. If you are lazy, inconsistent, ill disciplined and so on. Your trading's gonna be as well. Fix yourself first.

100% Certain - 0% Profits Mark Douglas nailed it in Trading in the Zone:“The typical trader wants to be right on every single trade. He is desperately trying to create certainty where it just doesn’t exist.” #markdouglas #swingtrading

Honestly, this is all you need to do in trading. 1. Narrow it down to one strategy and define the rules. 2. Test and practice repeatedly to see whether those rules produce profits over a large sample size. 3. Keep following those rules relentlessly. But because no one does this straightforwardly, it becomes necessary to go on and on explaining why it is necessary. In the end, people do not act unless their own view is pointed in that direction. That is how fundamental one’s view is to action. As long as your view is in control, if your thinking is wrong, then no matter what system you have, you will not follow it, and you will treat inevitable losing streaks as something bad and abandon it halfway through. What you need to do is simple. But to execute simple things simply, you need to have the right way of thinking. And acquiring that takes time.

What you feed your mind matters Truth is no one really knows exactly how the mind works. There’s loads of ideas and theories, but no one can fully explain what’s actually going on up there. What is clear though is this: Your thoughts are heavily influenced by what you’re around. What you see, what you hear, what you take in even without realising it. And since your thoughts drive how you feel, and how you feel drives what you do. it obviously matters what you're consuming. If your head’s full of noise. don’t be surprised when your trading badly. It all starts there. I’ve seen it myself, and I’ve gone through it as well when your head’s cluttered, everything feels harder than it should. It’s no different to your diet. Eat rubbish, feel rubbish. Same with your mind. Fill your head with crap, it’s gonna feel like crap. And let’s be honest it’s very easy to get caught in it now with everything. Scrolling, notifications, constant content your attention’s getting pulled all over the place. Before you know it, you’re just reacting to everything. So if you want to improve your trading start paying attention to what you’re feeding your mind. What you watch. What you listen to. Who you’re around. All of it adds up. You don’t need to cut everything out. Just be a bit more intentional. Because the more you clean that up the clearer things get. And the better your trading (and life) will be. It’s not going to perfect too. You’ll probs still get pulled into it sometimes. But you catch it quicker. And over time, that makes a big difference overall.

“I am a disciplined trader.” “I am a confident trader.” “I am a successful trader.” If you are going to keep affirming things like this to yourself over and over, you would be better off putting that energy into proper preparation. What shapes you as a trader is preparation done in advance. Nothing else. A completely untrained amateur boxer steps into a professional ring, and no matter how hard he tells himself “believe in yourself” right before the bell, he is going to lose. I am not trying to criticize affirmations themselves. I am saying it is dangerous to skip proper preparation, affirm that version of yourself, and charge ahead as you are. Do everything you can first, and then affirm all you want.
