Built this n8n flow to do deep personalization on cold emails for my agency. It goes deep into the prospect's website and does several layers of personalization for truly human-sounding insight & email copy. But I found out the Apollo scraper on apify was deprecated 😫 so gotta replace that step (see red box). Anyway back to the drawing board... Anyone want to play around with this flow? Happy to share the json, comment or DM.

Here’s what’s inside the playbook: 😈 How I grow my SAAS GojiberryAI with Reddit 🔥 The 3+1 post formats that always go viral 🚫 How to get traffic from 100 subs → without getting banned 🔎 My Reddit SEO method to rank in AI-generated answers ⚡ The automation flows I use to convert views into demos 🏴‍☠️ A little bonus just for you Want the full 1M Views/Month Reddit Strategy (100% Organic)? Here’s how to get it: ✅ Repost this post ✅ Comment “REDDIT” I’ll send it straight to you.

We've sent over 23M cold emails. These 54 intent signals got us 5-11% reply rates, consistently. Most cold outreach fails and it's not because of your copy. Neither is it your subject line or your offer. It's your TIMING. If you reach out when the buyer raises their hand, so will everyone else. Your clients' inbox is now a warzone and you're just another name in it. The best time to reach out is right BEFORE that moment. That window where something changed internally but it's not obvious to the market yet. → Hiring spike in a single department = Someone just got budget approved. → A key tool stopped working in their stack = They're evaluating alternatives. → They raised funding without adding headcount = They're going to outsource. Those are real intent signals. Not generic job postings scraped off of LinkedIn or a list you could buy with 50,000 names on it. We use 54 of these triggers at ColdIQ to find high-conversion opportunities before the competition even knows they exist. And they keep us at 5-11% reply rates across the board, consistently. Want the full list? Reply "INTENT" and I'll send it. Must be following.

Automation consultants charge $15K for what Claude Code now does in 2 hours. I know because we're the ones who used to charge it. Here's the exact process: Step 1: Discovery (20 min) → Paste your org chart, tool stack, and top 3 bottlenecks → Claude interviews you with clarifying questions → Outputs a full process inventory ranked by time cost Step 2: Workflow Mapping (15 min) → Describe any department's daily operations in plain English → Claude builds a complete process map → Every manual handoff, redundant step, and automation trigger flagged Step 3: Opportunity Audit (10 min) → Feed it the workflow map output → Returns your top 10 automation opportunities → Ranked by ROI, complexity, and build time Step 4: Architecture Design (20 min) → Claude designs the full system architecture → Which tools connect where, what the data flow looks like → Agents for complex logic, linear flows for the repetitive stuff Step 5: Build (ongoing) → Claude writes the actual workflow JSON → Self-documents everything as it builds Step 6: The output. A live dashboard your whole team can work from. → Clickable process maps for every department → Automation opportunities ranked by ROI → Implementation progress by phase → KPIs updated in real time → One link you share with clients, freelancers, or your team to execute This is what we hand every client at the end of discovery. The .md file is what makes all of it possible. Without it, Claude guesses. With it, Claude builds like a $15K consultant. Like this post, RT and comment "BLUEPRINT" and I'll send you the full prompt stack and the .md file we use internally. (Must be following so I can DM you) 🎁 Bonus: The first 100 people get a real Precision AI Blueprint — an actual sample audit doc from a client engagement so you can see exactly what the output looks like.

We were Clay's largest user at one point in time, hitting their platform 17.3 million times per week. Last month we replaced them entirely with a $200/mo Claude Code subscription. I can't write code. Neither can James, my VP of Growth who built the replacement. Here's the full story. Clay is a GREAT product and I TRULY think most people should use it. But we hit their ceiling. 50,000 row limit per table. 12.5 million row cap per workspace. Tables that take days to actually delete. Clicking "run all" thousands of times and waiting days for things to clear out. So When you're processing millions of leads, all the above become the bottleneck of your entire business. James had never touched Claude Code before. Three weeks after learning it, he built our entire core system. With Clay, processing 1 million leads took 27 hours. And it would error out often enough that we would always have to plan on hitting the “run all rows” button again on 20+ clay tables. IYKYK but Our new system waterfall enriches 1 million leads in 5 seconds. 272,000 leads PER SECOND. AND On top of the core engine, we vibe coded a Google Maps scraper that pulls leads zip code by zip code across all 32,000 US zip codes. AND An AI lead finder that hits 95% contact match rates where Apollo gives you about 30%. AND Ad library scrapers for Google and LinkedIn. AND An AI campaign analysis system. AND An auto-refill system so clients never run out of leads mid-campaign. One we started building with Claude, we just couldn’t stop Now we have the data ready for clients sending 5 million emails a month within 1 week of signing the contract. I put together the full system blueprint -- every tool, the tech stack, a Clay vs custom comparison, and a 6-step playbook for building your own. Plus a video walkthrough where I show you the live system and how each tool actually works. Retweet or Reply CODE below and I'll DM it to you.

30 cold emails that booked real meetings. no templates. no theory. the actual emails. most swipe files are full of made-up examples or decade-old copy that doesn't work anymore. this is different. 30 real emails from live campaigns. each one annotated: why the subject line worked what made the hook land the exact CTA that got the reply word count (average: 87 words) patterns across all 30: subject line is a statement, not a question personalisation is inferred, not observed one ask, not three options email 1 and email 2 have completely different CTAs these are from campaigns running at 1.9%+ reply rates. comment SWIPE and i'll DM you the breakdown (must be following)

Hey man send me a DM I can help you think through this The key is setting up some basic foundations first and outlining a strategy before you dive in, otherwise you’ll just get lost and abandon it Doesn’t take long or any technical knowledge but will save you a lot of headache later So far these tools are very plug and play when it comes to individual productivity but when it comes to automating stuff for a business, there’s a bit more to it

Can someone genuinely tell me how I can use Claude cowork to my advantage in a blue collar service business? I see the use cases in a computer heavy job, but what about us Neanderthals who are computer lite businesses?

Solid share and encouragement to build but I personally wouldn’t recommend openclaw Instead, so you actually learn how these things work, go to Claude and prompt “build me an AI agentic system to do [task or project]. Fully explain every technology and detail and give me the step by step instructions” Now you’re learning how to build agents vs just following the herd and going with the latest tool meant for the masses

I took a LinkedIn account from 139 → 10,000 followers in 45 days. No ads. No cold DMs. No email. Most people spend YEARS trying to grow. Posting random quotes. Copying gurus. Hoping it “just takes time.” It doesn’t. Growth on LinkedIn is engineered. Here’s what 45 days taught me: • Virality isn’t luck • You don’t need elite copy skills • The algorithm is predictable • Templatisation > creativity Result? +10,000 followers Posts with 1,000+ comments Inbound DMs daily Now I’m giving away the exact step-by-step playbook. Inside: • How to create 500+ comment lead magnet posts • How to build resources people actually want • The impression multiplier most creators ignore • The templatisation system behind repeat virality LinkedIn is one of the highest-leverage growth channels in 2026. But only if you know how to play it. Reply VIRAL and I’ll DM you the framework.

7-point deliverability checklist for cold email: (how I consistently hit 5%+ reply rates) 1. Only use Google, Outlook, or Azure mailboxes. Ditch the bulk sender tools or random SMTPs. Keep it trusted. 2. Warm every inbox for 30 days (minimum). Then keep warm-up on while sending live. Yes, even after launch. 3. Cap at 10 emails per day, per mailbox. More than that and you’re asking to get flagged. 4. Avoid all tracking pixels. Don’t track opens or embed images. This is what screams “cold email.” 5. Send in plain text. No links, formatting, or buttons. Keep it human. You can follow up with links after a reply. 6. Rotate copy variants every send. Send the same email with the same structure. Just use AI or manual variants to switch phrasing every run. 7. Prioritize response rates > volume. 1,000 emails a day means nothing if no one replies. Build campaigns that provoke actual interest.

@Seannywilson Yep absolutely. Best gut check - read it back to yourself. Is it something you would reply to if you received it? Or is it just a bunch of random “personalization” tossed up in a word salad lol

I've received over 1,000 cold emails in the past year. I’m not surprised everyone thinks cold email is dying. Because every single one of them is terrible. They're trying way too hard to personalize. E.g. "Hi Sean, I noticed you are a fan of Clay, so we have something in common :) Your advancements in automating outbound sales strategies are impressive, particularly your recent 57% reply rate in cold email campaigns! Given your focus on data-driven improvements at Vertical, a collaboration could elevate your outreach even further." This email is trying so hard to prove they did research. But it adds zero value. It's just creepy data regurgitation. I delete these immediately. The problem with tools like Clay, Perplexity, and AI research agents, we can personalize on anything. → Recent LinkedIn posts → Company news → Podcast appearances → Reddit activity → Mutual connections But just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. My rule of thumb: If the personalization doesn't add value to the email, don't include it. Personalization should: ↳ Show why you're reaching out now ↳ Prove this is relevant to them ↳ Make the problem/solution clearer If it doesn't do one of these three things, cut it. The best cold emails feel like they were written by a human who did 2 minutes of research. Not some AI agent that scraped your entire digital footprint. TL;DR: Just make your message relevant and get to the point. Less is more.

Full manual personalization or templates with personalized variables? Doesn’t have to be either or. Think about it, AI is great at: - analyzing patterns - generating a bunch of similar ideas from an existing one - being cheap and fast It sucks at writing something actually worth reading though. But you don’t. (hopefully) Don’t fight it, play to each’s strengths. Here’s how I do it: 1. Sit down for a couple hours and write 50 fully personalized emails to different prospects. Take the time, make them really good. 2. Feed this to AI and ask it to generate 5 different templates with personalized variables. Tell it what data sources you have access to (LinkedIn profile, company website, etc). Choose 1-2 from these as your message variants. 3. Run the personalization you need to get all the variables in your templates from step 2. 4. Spintax the rest of the template (the parts that aren’t personalized) Boom, now you have highly personalized cold emails without spamming basic templates or manually writing each one.

while you're still manually outreaching prospects like it's fúcking 1998 i'm pulling 6-figs at 16 by automating 11,356 cold emails a DAY 100% automated relevant + personalized and better quality than your "human touch" here's why manual outreach is SUÍCIDE: THE OLD WAY (POVERTY 101): 1. find linkedin profile (10 mins) 2. read recent posts (7 mins) 3. check company website (15 mins) 4. find relevant angle (5 mins) 5. write personalized email (3 mins) 6. repeat for the next 100 leads today 7. do same shít tomorrow THE AI WAY (TOP G STYLE): 1. AI scrapes 10k profiles (hands-free) 2. AI analyzes 50+ data points (hands-free) 3. AI generates 10k personalized emails (hands-free) 4. AI sends all 10,000+ (hands-free) "but the quality of the outreach suffers!!!" then let's compare both side by side MANUAL "QUALITY" TURD: - check 1 linkedin post - read their profile - write 1 generic angle - "saw your post about growth" AUTOMATED "QUALITY" GOLD: - analyze 50+ data sources - entire linkedin history - tech stack - hiring patterns - competitor analysis - generates 20 angles - picks the best one one gets ghosted but preserves authenticity the other prints money but feels "fake" to you do you want money or to be "authentic?" bc AI actually sees EVERYTHING so it makes it 10x more personalized you're just too proud to admit that a machine does your job better (and definitely better than your shítty appt setter) but here's the most fúcked up part of all: within 1-3 years manual outreach will be EXTINCT the people learning AI now will dominate the ones who resisted will be obsolete manual will get unscalable AI will become undetectable and when that day comes you'll regret not learning it sooner so if you wanna future-proof yourself ASAP i have something that will help you start preparing: INTRODUCING: AI OUTBOUND MASTERY a full 34-page blueprint breaking down: - EXACT AI tools i use (setup tutorials) - how to scrape unlimited leads in 30s - prompts that generate killer copy - how to scrape 50+ data sources - how to use it to personalize cold outreach - automated sequences setup that run 24/7 - how to scale to 300k+ sends per month - deliverability system for high volume outbound - multi-channel AI (email + twitter + linkedin) - the "coherency matrix" that 13x'ed replies - FULL campaign templates + swipe files - infrastructure setup (domains, IPs, inboxes) - fake urgency automations that force buying decisions and EVERYTHING else that i possibly know so if you wanna become a master in ai outbound systems like, rt + comment your name and i'll send you instant access (must be following + first 500 people ONLY) (or just DM me for DFY) - dimitar
