It was in 2022 that 20 year old Jadon Hayden filmed himself beating 75 year old Norman Bledsoe. Bledsoe suffered 4 broken fingers, broken ribs, and a broken jaw in the attack. He died two months later. Jadon Hayden was found unfit to stand trial and charges were dropped. Should people deemed unfit to stand trial be released or permanently sent to a mental institution?
