After a week full of meetings with new & prospective partners, one theme kept coming up: how hands-on & effective our team is in supporting teams building on Avalanche. For those less familiar, here are a few of the ways we support strategic partners:
Talent (Snowball Talent)
Hiring is one of the biggest bottlenecks for early-stage teams. Through Snowball Talent, we provide both strategic hiring advisory (process design, role scoping, network access) & full-cycle recruiting support, purpose-built for teams hiring technical & crypto-native roles (cc @Luke_Recruits1).
VC Intros
We actively connect founders with our network of venture partners who are already underwriting the Avalanche ecosystem. Intros are thoughtful & curated based on stage, product, & investor fit (cc @brianman1 @dantwany).
Credit Fund Intros
As more fintech and on-chain credit businesses emerge, we’re building a network of private credit allocators across both traditional finance & crypto-natives. We're also working strategically with placement agents where relevant to help high-quality originators access scalable capital.
Business Development
Our BD team spends all day mapping the ecosystem, i.e., who’s building what, what’s working, & where the gaps are. That allows us to make highly targeted intros across infra, capital, customers, & distribution channels (wallets, fintech platforms, exchanges, & embedded finance partners). We also connect teams directly with institutional counterparties across banks, asset managers, & payment providers that are actively exploring on-chain use cases (cc @cryptoreine @MattSchmenk @jnuno).
Technical + Integration Support
Beyond introductions, we work closely with teams to help them get to production. That includes hands-on support from our solutions engineering & DevRel teams, guidance on architecture & implementation, and connecting partners with the right infrastructure providers to ensure what gets built is scalable, secure, & actually deployable (cc @martineckardt
@_nMoose).
Go-To-Market + Thought Leadership
Whether it’s co-authored content, events, podcasts, or direct client engagement, we work with partners to help them tell their story in a way that resonates with institutional & fintech audiences, & gets in front of the right people (cc @_babymegs @kyledineen).
