Both of the first two seasons are problems from Aang’s era that were built up from the comic books problems that he still knows..

@christ621ml What we learned that the spirit world is infinite, so where he went could be a different part of the spirit world like for instance, the place he went to in this picture is where Koh resides and likes to be left alone. Almost everywhere Korra went to is pretty peaceful

Why does the Spirit World appear terrifying and mysterious in ATLA but bright and whimsical like Disneyland in TLOK?

I'm sorry but Toph is overhyped yes she invented metalbending and yes she's blind and yes that's impressive but at least she should face an earthbender that will genuinely pushed her to her absolute limit and almost break her every fight she's been in she dominates from start to finish with zero struggle. a truly great fighter needs to have been tested and nearly broken before, toph has never had that moment #avatar

I’ll say this again, Korra is not surviving Koh infact she can’t last 5 minutes against that spirit

@fwmann1e Realistically, I think she would be fine, especially Korra season two and onward she stayed pretty chilled and level minded. She’ll probably lose her temper for comedic value but in serious scenarios, she’s pretty levelheaded

@ByrneWarren @Zzol_dyck If we’re talking about season one, Korra sure probably but it makes no sense cause she never got angry just for the hell of getting angry she was mostly chill even in season one except for times where things didn’t go her way like for air bending.

@Zzol_dyck Plus, we now know whether she goes into the spirit world without her physical body. We now know that she can also still bend the spirit world itself. This was explained by Raava that she and other avatars are the most powerful entities when they enter the spirit world.

@Zzol_dyck Why wouldn’t she? She has the tool that can really defeat Koh instantly and that spirit bending. And he doesn’t kill he just steals your face. So she would survive she just wouldn’t have a face if anything came to that but I doubt it well like I said spirit bending.

@AllAboutKorra I can understand by writing perspective that’s why they went that route. They want the avatar to rely on there, friends, and teachers. So that’s why I haven’t cared about her losing the avatar cycle anymore. It gives them more ways to act on their own with their own choices.

@AllAboutKorra I’ll admit it suck at first, but after a while, you realize the past lives didn’t really add too much like we seen through both avatars that the most thing that helped were their teachers and the rest of their companions that helped out more than the avatars can

What are your thoughts on Korra's connection to the past lives being severed?

@paloma_datgirl To Airbender, you have to embrace freedom and she’s learned to do that throughout the first season. It’s the same scenario with Aang with earth bending where he had to learn to stand tall and tough like an earth bender to learn earth bending.

Why was it so hard for Korra to master Airbending??

I just figured out something, Korra defeated three out of her four villains without the Avatar State

@pascaliito @TwixtVL The only avatar state threat Aang was literally General Old Iron and Taga. Like Taga was literally smoking him in the avatar state.

@pascaliito @TwixtVL How so? Because if you think Aang avatar state is more powerful and every avatar before him well that’s because they’ve never fought an actual threat that can actually level with the avatar state she has A Dark Avatar, Hun Dun, and Kuvira’s Mech.
