The Senate Banking Committee advanced the CLARITY Act last Thursday in a 15-9 bipartisan vote. Full Senate approval will require 60 votes, with House reconciliation and presidential signature to follow. This bill codifies the classifications that undergird @avax 's status as a digital commodity, paving the way for broader institutional adoption on Avalanche. It also creates a legally legible distinction between operators like AVAX One, who built inside a compliant structure from day one, and those who didn't.
