@Average_Maker @sauceshop Multiple times. Weren't very helpful at all in this case unfortunately. Just blamed it on their new supplier so it's put me off a shame as I really like their products

@sauceshop ordered something and it never showed up. Won't be ordering again and I'm claiming my money back through PayPal. Absolute scam of a company.

@AvivaUK It's 2023, why can't I just change my car details for my policy online? You instead give me a phone number, and when I call "there's nobody available to take your call" and it hangs up on me! So I fill out the form and get no reply! I NEED TO DRIVE THIS CAR!

@eSpares Please tell me how to stop your product reminder emails that I a) Never asked for b) Can't unsubscribe from because you don't include and unsubscribe link and c) Shouldn't receive because I clearly selected 'no' on contact permissions?

@eSpares If you can just change your email to include an unsubscribe link, then you fix it for every customer.
