In my head I like to imagine I’m going before the Throne of the creator of the Universe - keeping in mind the vastness of space and the intensity of the Sun and the power behind hurricanes and realizing He is far greater than all of it, and yet His son Jesus literally died so we can come boldly in His name before that same God (the Father) to present our request while being in good standing with Him. It’s an amazing interaction. I try to always remember to really honor Him first and thank Him because every breath truly is a gift. He is a great healer too and can affect the body- worship (imo) helps heal us in so many ways- and the frequency of sounds penetrates our cells. You are so loved even more than you know. And you’re loved by the most amazing being in existence. He knows your body better than anyone too. I hope you can listen to worship music as you pray next time and see how it might intensify the healing feeling too - the freedom of it. You’re a really intelligent person and so unique and I hope you can connect to the love of the Father soon too and feel better than you may have ever felt before. 💟

I've been praying the past few weeks. Unsure why. There's good evidence behind prayer. It mimics breathwork, calming the nervous system, dropping cortisol, and quieting the brain. Daily prayers show lower depression, anxiety, and pain. I'd like to develop a prayer practice. Growing up, the protocol was written for me. Explaining whom to pray to, the structure of the prayer, and the boundary conditions. I don't really know how to pray now.

This sadly shows you are not currently in a position to give wise council because you are doing very little research and have smeared the wrong person. Your heart is currently in the wrong place spiritually if your intention is to belittle rather than uplift. There is a proper way to be concerned for someone’s health or wellbeing and this is not it. I’m not trying to be rude to you but so often we get so desensitized to our own behavior because we mimic what kind of cruelty we see online. You are better than this and you were called to be more than this Evan. There is a true and honorable man inside you and you have forgotten that.

What’s amazing to me is how much Dale insults God the creator. This fundamentally is insulting to God that he is suggesting God would create a perfect mate for Adam who cannot think. A perfect mate (if she had no ability to form thought) would not be capable of constructing encouragement, handling tasks, or even learning scripture that the husband shares with her or that she learns before her husband. What does Dale assume women do before they are married if they cannot think? I just wonder what conversations will be had before God’s throne because it is my opinion He takes it very seriously when “believers” intentionally discourage each other & especially when they misrepresent God. Imagine all the little girls Dale perhaps has discouraged in his time too. Not good to answer for that to the King of Heaven.

THIS! I was just discussing this with my husband actually - we are having to plan out future parts of the country we would prefer for our next Military move. One of the main points I consider with each state is their criminal release %. I refuse to live somewhere (if at all possible) that continues to let violent criminals back onto the streets over and over. Letting these offenders out has been one of the most insane things we have allowed to vitiate society in this modern era.

Beware the empathy exploit. Empathy is good and right when thought through (deep), but can be deadly to civilization when simply stimulus-response (shallow). For example, releasing a repeat violent offender may feel good at first (shallow empathy for the criminal), but it is wrong to do so when that person will go on to hurt or murder innocent victims, as there should be deep empathy for future victims.

Throwback to when I was about six years old. So young and not a care in the world. The 80s were a great time to be a kid. Things were much more simpler and slower paced. Sometimes I wish I could go back to those days.

I know you’ve expressed this and the last thing I want to do is trouble you in this hour, I promise. I even debated saying anything- but I mean this with every fiber of my being, even as a stranger - I’d do anything to see you safe. I will pray to the same God you serve that He will reveal to you in your hour of need, exactly what you need to know. I respect your wishes, but even as a stranger my love for your well being is greater than anything else in this moment. Take care dear Man. I mean that.
