GSoC 2026 results just dropped. 1141 people were selected out of 15k+ applicants As for me, I completely wasted the first 2 years of my degree not taking things seriously 🥹. This year, I didn't even apply because I'm still in my learning phase But that’s exactly why I'm building in public now. My dream is to get selected for GSoC '27 (my final year). Next year, we're in 🫡

Woke up to my name on the MONOLITH Hackathon winner list. Still processing it. Massive thank you to @RadiantsDAO and @solanamobile for running the track, and to the judges, @toly, @mert, @m_it, @0x_Diablo, @therealchaseeb, and @somemobiledev, for backing Nomi. For context, Nomi is a 3D on-chain pet companion that lives on your Solana phone. you adopt it, feed it, play with it, dress it up, and mint your bond as a 1/1 NFT on mainnet. it dances when it's happy, pouts when you ignore it, and remembers the streaks you keep with it. The hard part wasn't the Solana side. It was Blender. I am a developer, not a 3D artist. I learned the entire pipeline from zero across this hackathon. baked accessories by hand until I wrote a Python script to do it for me. fought with hair that floated half a centimeter above the skull. shipped a "backflip" that was actually idle breathing because Mixamo bundles seven unnamed clips and clip 4 is never the one you want. compressed the GLB once to save app size and the whole character rendered as a flat silhouette. I reverted, kept the 40MB asset, and moved on. The Solana stack came together cleaner: real Phantom-signed shop purchases, SKR token rewards for daily care, on-chain metadata that Phantom actually caches, treasury wallet, mainnet from day one. Nomi is live in the Solana Mobile dApp Store right now. early adopters get the lowest mint price the app will ever offer, and that window won't stay open long. go adopt one. This is day one. onwards.

the C programing language virus, and Cpp. sorry have to repeat this.
