My experience with @gonoise has been the worst warranty & customer service experience I've ever had. I bought Noise Air Clips. Within a few months they started randomly disconnecting, connecting even inside the case, and the red LED stayed on for hours.👇

@gonoise Great support provided by the moise team really love there efforts towards the costumers If you guys don't want to reply and sort the issue then why do u guys even bother to comment dm us we will solve the issue. I won't do a mistake of buying a noise product ever.

Seriously, @gonoise? My Noise Air Clips were delivered to your warehouse on 3rd July. Today is 9th of july-no confirmation email, no call,no update. Is this how you treat customers after making them pay to courier a faulty product under warranty? #Noise #ConsumerRights #Warranty

@gonoise I've now paid ₹150 courier charges TWICE for a faulty product that's still under warranty. Instead of replacing a defective product, Noise made me spend my own time, money & effort just to claim warranty. This is unacceptable.

@gonoise When I finally managed to register another complaint, I was AGAIN told to courier the product myself because Noise couldn't arrange a pickup. I explained my situation 5-6 times, but the executive just kept repeating the same script.

@gonoise Before all this, I even travelled 60 km to a Noise service centre hoping for help. They simply told me they couldn't do anything and that I had to raise the complaint online. So I wasted both my time and travel expenses.
