@MrsMeredithNKHS @pennykittle @LindaMRief @NCTE I couldn't help but note the irony being in sessions encouraging advocacy and being responsive to learners when NCTE failed to respond to teachers as Ss. Allow us to register ahead of time for sessions so appropriately sized rooms can be planned.

Yesterday, my ninth graders practiced their #speaking skills. Each pair read an element of #speech (volume, rate, poise, gestures, etc.). One read the info doing that trait well, and the other doing it poorly. We were in tears laughing at the “bad” ones. Everyone presented! @ncte
