the best advice I can give about outsourcing: keep research, title generation and creative direction to yourself outsource everything else (scripts, thumbnails, editing, video creation) here's why: research & titles determine if your video succeeds or fails you can have the best editor in the world, the best thumbnail designer, the best script writer but if the topic is trash, the video flops & nobody will care about your direction & strategy more than you so keep control over finding the right topics & packaging them correctly & hand off everything else to your team
