Vesper's Host has just been screwed over once again. Why not announce you're making changes to a dungeon you released 3 months ago, 3 months later. Genuinely this isnt PvP, let people have fun and skip stuff, if the people who dont like that stuff they can just boot the skipper

@BasedThurisaz @WhatleyLeague it will certainly bump his support wr. Grabbing your adc and running away faster is huge impact. Ms is one of the most broken stats in league. So, a major support buff, which again, is riots goal/vision with tahm - a support.

Tahm "buff" is for every 100 damage taken, you heal ONE extra HP?
This actually DROPS as the game progresses too btw.

@gagavilol Lower pickrate = winrate inflation. Look at velkoz in challenger for example xD Doesnt mean it's good. <10000 = bad sample size
