Therapy comes in many ways. The URMC Pediatric Behavioral Health & Wellness understands that teens learn through creative arts. Clients learned how to process loss, bullying, LGBTQIA+, relationships, sisterhood, & saying goodbye. Again, therapy goes beyond the office.

Shout out to Common Ground Health’s Community Wellness Summit! Shout out to the keynote speaker and the amazing youth! Hearing the voices of our youth was insightful. It was great seeing our community come out and our youth talk about mental health and what they need as support.

Shout out to the NYS OMH Suicide Prevention Conference! The conference was enlightening, & I enjoyed hearing from the youth. It was great seeing the NYS OMH Commissioner, Dr. Sullivan, & her welcoming staff. Of course, I was proud to see our very own, Isaiah Santiago, speak 🙌🏾
