@nicoquejano Shows your ignorance od constitutional rights Neco. A cross-examination is a constitutional right anchored on due process and the right of the accused to confront witnesses. If a witness is presented against you, you must be given the right to cross.

In the HOR Committee hearing, Luistro presupposed a "mini-trial" which means it will not be mere questions of facts.
