I get your point, but asking questions will do you more good.
Even at unregulated places, you’re expected to exercise reasonable caution.The court will look at your level of suspicion.
Because a very low price, a seller who can’t explain his source , or a rushed sale are big red flags.
Ignore them, and you could end up as guilty as the thief lol

@AwisiDede What difference will asking questions do especially in our current situation. Most places govt takes money(taxes/levies) from are unregulated. No receipt issued to buyers but operates freely and openly example PZ. KMA has moved to register these sellers and takes taxes from them.
