@Awlay__ @Alexbig47 Fully agree with you. I think people would've been much more excited about this game had it had a main story and a narrative at the forefront (single player/co-op). Marathon was intriguing because of the lore and the setting. I hope they can turn it into something that works.

@Kernya_ @Alexbig47 I mean yeah hindsight is a wonderful thing but I just don’t think an extraction shooter was the way, it’s been done many times. Look at deadlock, completely new game with very unique mechanics and it’s gonna boom

@Awlay__ @Alexbig47 I think there's still room for competition in the genre. If a game's good, it'll find a way to break through. Like I said, I think they didn't really have a choice. It was either drop Marathon and focus on a dying game with a low chance of making a resurgence or this.

Destiny made a mark on me as a player first. Getting a chance to work in that world is an honor I'll never fully be able to repay. Both in and out of game, Destiny 2 forged the core memories that made me who I am today. Thanks to everyone who brought the tower to life everyday.

@Alexbig47 You have to realize that, in the long run, investing in Marathon was, and always will be, the best call for Bungie's survival. Marathon is new, they can do so much with it to try and get people to try it. PvE, more shells, maps, events. A lot harder to do with an old game like D2

@thistlefangirl7 Currently progging my 3rd ultimate, you can spend so much time in this game just learning mechanics. I loved d2’s raiding and its uniqueness but having some mechs on ff be body checks where you need all players alive felt so refreshing

Today we announce a new policy: In order to deport all illegal migrants in Britain, Reform will need to detain tens of thousands at a time. Migrants will not be able to leave these detention centres, and each will be held there a couple of weeks before being deported.
