@pauljefff_ exactly. the thing that gets me is that women are just expected to deal with this and we shouldn't complain about it cos most women do it. yet its too rough for men. its the double standards and how women are treated as lesser, not the actual medication itself.

Sorry you're going through that. Those emotional side effects suck. It’s crazy to think back to the 2016 male birth control trial, it was working really well, but got stopped because guys reported mood changes, acne. That’s the exact stuff women are expected to just handle on the pill. Shows how differently the risks get treated depending on who’s taking it.

quick reminder that it took until august 2023 (less than 3 years ago) for period products to be tested with real blood instead of water or saline. it took them 90 years to test a product made to absorb blood with actual blood.

Ive just had to pay for an old ladies shopping in Aldi. The poor woman only had £5 & her shopping was 8.97. I could see she was extremely embarrassed passing things back to the cashier, it was heartbreaking. Meanwhile illegal invaders are given hotels, meals, & cash which they use for gambling & booze. What an absolute piss take. This & the previous government should hang their heads in shame!
