Lool..this quote has comma How are you quoting 15 trips of laterite..when you only quote 1000 blocks? For 1k blocks..you would only go about 4 coach high...and the filling wont take you at max 6 laterite filling....the typical amount is usually between 3-4 laterite trucks

I can see quite a number of bookmarks on this, but I’d like to point out that this is just the barest minimum for a 4-bedroom bungalow. It still depends on factors like building size, proximity to town, soil conditions, and material costs. So, no two buildings are ever the same.

Not doubting the estimate o, as it would depend on the standard. However, when a 4 bedroom duplex is being sold for 65million, land cost is inclusive oo, why should a bungalow cost 70m? @BSAT_Properties
