Happy to see that #IPCC’s Working Group III #ClimateChange has acknowledged our criticism of transnational governance initiatives outside the UNFCCC (tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.108…) by stating that "uncertainties remain over their costs, feasibility, and effectiveness".
