byu getting the 6 seed against either nc state or texas in march madness makes me nervous. anyone happy about that matchup, urge caution. here’s why: 1. this byu team hasn’t been consistent—whether from injuries or lately attitude, scheming, & effort. need to show up steady before i’m not worried. 2. big programs from acc/sec—anything can happen, some random player gets hot. if that doesn’t worry you, you haven’t watched byu all season. 3. opponent gets the advantage of a play-in game as a warm-up to shake off big dance nerves. byu better be leery & bring their a-game thursday.
