It is totally accurate at the moment. I went ahead today and asked for a refund (just two days). If you use credits (you only get 3K for a whole year) your Seedance 2.0. generations go through in about 20-30 minutes. Which is slower than other sites for credits. If you use the Unlimited plan, my first generation this morning took 6hrs for Seedance 2. A Nano Banana Unlimited generation took six hours, that is Google servers and not ByteDance. I have another Seedance 2.0 generation that is already 7 hours. They are lying about this being Bytedance's fault. TopView has created an internal cue of their own. Refusing to buy the servers to service their customers? If you are interested, wait on the sale countdown timer and see if they get this straightened out. Also, they have horrendous customer service. Two days to reply to an email. They work 9-5 and the online site the help is on hours very, very late at night an at morning time our hours they are gone. I asked for a refund this afternoon. Hi, I’m considering the Annual Business Plan, but I saw a reply saying that with the unlimited generation plan, a single generation can sometimes take 4–5 hours. Before I subscribe, I’d like to understand how accurate that is in real usage. Is that normal, or only during peak times? I’m planning to use the tool for regular content production, so generation speed is very important for me. Thanks Mistress
