@helloPeabody @AyTee54 Yeah @helloPeabody we can ring that number, if you have nothing to do for the next few hours. If you do eventually get past the first person, my experience is you then suddenly get cut off. Happen too often to be accidental imo.

Looking at all the tweets that @helloPeabody has been getting just underlines how much of a mess the situation is. Now it's going to be an even bigger repair. It was only plumbing / ceiling / painting. But now you can add a boiler to the repair cost

@PeabodyLDN must be the worst when it comes to repairs. 1. Engineers saying they turned up when clearly they didn't 2. Leaks left for 3 weeks and still on going 3. Contractors then hang up on you #PoorService
