We're extending Claude Fable 5 access on all paid plans, as well as keeping Claude Code’s weekly rate limits 50% higher, through July 19.

My contrarian opinion here is that just because you can doesn’t mean you should. The two extremes aren’t: - pay Vercel $20K - run Debian on a $5 VPS If your objective is to ship something quickly, it’s not a good use of your time to learn how to keep Linux up to date. But if you already have a VPS sitting around, then yeah that’s going to be the easiest option. There are various levels of abstraction in everything from building your app to deploying it to serving it that you can adopt as a developer. Some of these abstractions save you an incredible amount of time. I’m of the school of thought that everyone should learn what they’re giving up and why, and then choose the level of abstraction they’re comfortable with the pros and cons of. As for me, I’ve chosen to not manage any infra despite having a solid background in it.
