Jak 3 had the best gameplay but worst story, Jak 2 had the best story but worst gameplay, and the original had the best balance of both. Take note that none of these elements were bad, they just weren't as good as the others. Never played X so can't comment on that one. Jak 3 is ultimately the most fun of the lot and is the game I would easily play over the others, but I will forever hate Kiera's (my favorite character) diminished importance. Also the parts where you have to drive a buggy to shoot bugs in a cave make my skin crawl.

@strongwiccan For me what did it mainly was the whole Item revamp ultimately forcing you to re-grind your whole Vault again, making all previous years of god-rolls grind worthless. Those can still be used, sure, but for people min-maxing those are falling behind all new items.

I do miss Destiny 2 a lot! It was truly a masterpiece Many years of unforgettable memories! ❤️
