@zomato @zomatocare The AI based help option is really unhelpful, I placed an order earlier today (8044344654) for a client, and what was delivered was an absolute mess and almost inedible. I tried to raise a complaint, but it keeps going in a loop trying to avoid liability.

Hey @zomato @zomatocare, I ordered Chicken Cacciatore pasta from Cafe Hons – House of No Sugar and received undercooked chicken and raw pasta. Reported it to support, and the resolution was just ₹78 cashback on a ₹327 order. This is disappointing—please address this properly.

Recieved wrong order from @SUBWAY I'm highly allergic to olives,nd I'm travelling rn..i also asked for no jalapenos and pickles yet I we can see it in my sandwich clearly.. the bread tastes different.. and there is no chicken in my chicken teriyaki.. @zomatocare do sm about it
