Please watch your Android devices at all times. This affects everyone. Even a few seconds are enough. I have made every effort to responsibly disclose this, yet ridiculous bureaucracy and obnoxious Android VRP triagers prevail. I reported this two months ago with a full chain.

There is a critical, unpatched security vulnerability in Android since 2020 that allows a malicious unauthenticated attacker to gain persistent kernel code execution over USB. It bypasses the lockscreen, doesn’t require any special settings and works within a few seconds.

@nullenc0de @thedawgyg Indeed for many devices, unless linear map randomisation is reintroduced. Some devices aren’t vulnerable because they do place the kernel at a random physical address - good to note for your chain writeup.

Is anyone hacking Android and need a memory disclosure vuln to complete an exploit chain? I have a confirmed vuln that can read and write mem in a specific system process (dont wanna name publicly to prevent others from finding it lol), but by itself it likely cant get RCE (not with my skill level atleast). So if anyone needs the this kind of thing to complete a chain maybe we can collab? #exploit #0day #hacking
