For fun and games, I did a mock draft with the current draft capital using the consensus board. I tried to think outside the group think. John Harbaugh has tended to address trenches in the mid to later rounds. Reese gives an OLB/ILB option given Kayvon Thibodeaux is unlikely to be on the roster after 2026 (if not earlier). Styles is a BPA option, but can play S/LB and perhaps even the big nickel role.

Tyson moves a lot like Zay Flowers did coming out of Boston College. Except he is 5 inches taller and 20 pounds heavier,

One thing I noticed about Baltimore over the last two decades (while Harbaugh was there) - they did not pursue or have big time talent at DT. They got by on scheme and role players and pursued top talent at other positions Since Harbaugh became HC in 2008, they drafted a DT 12 times. 1st rounder: never 2nd rounder: 2x 3rd rounder: 4x 4th rounder: 2x 5th rounder: 2x 6th rounder: 1x 7th rounder: never

@AnthonyBetss I certainly want to see Dex long term as a NY Giant. But until the situation is resolved, contingencies have to be considered in case you need to pivot. I hope there is mutual middle ground that can be reached, but it is a business situation (I fully respect both perspectives).

Dex isn’t going anywhere barring a massive trade offer they just can’t say no to. DJ and Austin Johnson anyone? Maybe DJ and Shelby?
