@rangaba what is the rationale for removing pension for PMs?

Sri Lanka MP pensions scrapped. 154 MPs voted for while two opposed. Axing the pension perk was part of a pledge to cut perks on legislators. Pensions of ex-presidents cannot be removed without a constitutional amendment.

@assertchris I recently started to use HTMX, it solves all my common interactive UI needs.

I am interested to try Vue again, but then my mind wanders to SSR and I remember why PHP is so much healthier for me. And, it’s honestly just easier to make accessible stuff by reducing JS UI generation.

@dr4goonis Lenovo X1 Carbon (best driver compat), HP Elitebook (few driver issues), Dell XPS (overpriced, ltely not as good) are the top tier. System76 and Framework make pretty good ones too but I haven't personally used them. MacBook Air running Asahi Linux make a good option too.
