Refreshed my SQL today. Finished Intro & Intermediate SQL on DataCamp and built a project on students’ mental health data. A query can run perfectly and still miss the point. Grateful to @DataFestAfrica for the scholarship. On to the next.

Checked an old project today and realized I didn’t fully follow the data analytics process🤦‍♂️. The output looked fine, but the foundation was shaky. Going back to rebuild it properly. Growth isn’t always adding more,sometimes it’s correcting earlier work. #DataAnalyticsLockedIn

How data analysts actually work (not how courses sell it): 1️⃣Start with a question, not a tool 2️⃣Pull only relevant data (SQL / Excel) 3️⃣Clean what breaks decisions 4️⃣Analyze patterns, not rows 5️⃣ Visualize only what matters 6️⃣Explain results in plain English Raw data → clarity. That’s the job.
