Illegal and legal immigrants must know that there's no such thing called free country, every country has a certain range of permissible behavior. In this country you can do certain things & there are certain things you can't do ,we cannot allow the influx of drugs to our country.
Jacinta Ngobese🇿🇦@JacintaNgobese

Bathi we are not in government so why are you blaming us but you are in parliament trying to pass laws that get illegal immigrants documented ‼️‼️

Those accusing us of “defending illegal foreigners” do so not because they have ever seen us defending illegality but because they deliberately distort our positions. 1. On Stilfontein and the zama-zamas Their accusation stems from our rejection of calls for the state to effectively starve zama-zamas, including undocumented workers, to death by sealing mines with hundreds, if not thousands, trapped underground. When we insist that the government cannot resort to extrajudicial killings, they twist this into a claim that we are “defending illegal foreigners.” Rejecting inhumanity is not defending illegality; it is defending basic human rights and the rule of law. 2. On crime and violence They claim we are silent when zama-zamas terrorise communities. This is simply false. SAFTU has consistently condemned all forms of crime and called on the state to act decisively against perpetrators. But when presented with these statements, they ignore them because their aim is not truth but propaganda. 3. On exploitation of undocumented workers They further allege that we are silent when employers exploit undocumented labour in sectors like agriculture, trucking, hospitality, security, and cleaning. Again, this is dishonest. SAFTU has clear national congress resolutions condemning precisely this practice, where employers deliberately use undocumented workers to undermine wages and evade labour laws. Our unions actively conduct inspections and expose these abuses, often covered by the public broadcaster. Yet this reality is conveniently ignored to win a propaganda war. The real issue We cannot reason with those committed to misunderstanding us. Today, in their logic: a) Anyone who refuses to join vigilante groups assaulting people in the streets, burning homes and vehicles, is “defending illegal foreigners.” b) Anyone who rejects tribal chauvinism and refuses to sing divisive slogans that pit Africans against Africans is “defending illegal foreigners.” c) Anyone who refuses to scapegoat migrants for a crisis caused by capitalism, failed policies, unemployment, poverty, and inequality is “defending illegal foreigners.” This is not an honest debate: it is a political project rooted in xenophobia, racism, and tribalism. What they demand is simple: that we abandon facts, principles, and join them in scapegoating the most vulnerable, just as extreme right-wing forces do globally. We refuse. Asizi! We are writing an opinion in the Sowetan that will outline the crisis fuelling this atmosphere.

This is not a military target, this is a UN vehicle clearly marked as UN, Israel deliberately targeted in Lebanon, killing UN peacekeepers. This is not an accident. Israel killed three peacekeepers in UN uniform under UN flag. Attacking UN peacekeepers is an abomination which was in the past perpetrated by terrorists, but never by members of the UN. This violates International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Geneva Conventions, Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), 1994 Convention, the UN Charter and Security Council Mandates, but international law clearly doesn’t apply to Israel. Israel's impunity must end!

Immediately after Nelson Mandela was freed from Prison, one of the first place he touched down was Nigeria. In this picture, Mandela is received by then Nigerian Head of State Ibrahim Badomosi Babangida. Mandela thanked Nigeria PUBLICLY for ALL its support for him and the ANC. Within a 35yr period, Nigeria gave South Africa $61 Billion equivalent today in SARF. It was the highest by any single nation in the world towards South Africa's struggle to end 'white minority rule' i.e apartheid. Nigerian students skipped meals to donate towards South African struggle. Nigeria boycotted 1976 Olympics and 1979 common wealth games in protest over Black South African PERSECUTION. Nigeria refused selling oil to South Africa minority rule. A solidarity decision that cost Nigeria $41 in potential revenue. Nigeria trained South Africa PAC freedom fighters Nigeria hosted over 300 ANC leaders and issued South Africans passports that enabled them travel to countries to lobby against apartheid. Nigeria offered asylum to SA activist, provided free education to SA students. Nigeria went all in for South Africa. Exactly how a big brother protects his younger brothers. Some people believe that without Nigeria, perhaps South Africa might still be in that bondage. They still suffer from another bondage, but let me NOT digress. Nigeria was THE FOREMOST supporter of South Africa's liberation struggle.

During Jacob Zuma's presidency (2009–2018), South Africa was running 4 major crude oil refineries — Sapref (Durban), Enref (Durban), Astron/Chevref (Cape Town), and Natref (Sasolburg). We had strong domestic refining capacity, processed our own fuel needs more independently, and weren't as exposed to global price shocks and import dependency. Fast forward to @CyrilRamaphosa's era (2018–present): We are now down to just 2 operational crude oil refineries Natref and Astron Energy. The other two (Sapref and Enref) have been closed for years due to fires, floods, maintenance failures, and lack of timely investment. Sapref remains shut despite government acquisition, with revival plans dragging on. This massive decline in local refining capacity has left South Africa🇿🇦 heavily reliant on expensive imported refined fuels — making us more vulnerable to international oil crises, rand weakness, and fuel price hikes that hit every motorist and business hard. Strong infrastructure and energy security matter. The Zuma years maintained what we inherited. The current administration has presided over a sharp reduction in our refining muscle. Facts speak louder than spin. Time to ask: What happened to our energy independence❓‼️ #ZumaEraStrength #FuelSecurity #SouthAfricaEnergy @GovernmentZA @AdvBMkhwebane @MagaselaMzobe @MzwaneleManyi @AdvDali_Mpofu @SizweMpofuWalsh @Mngxitama2 @AfricaisBlack @Knick_RSA @jsteenhuisen @GwedeMantashe1 @nomvulamoko_ @MbalulaFikile @MYANC @MkhontoweSizwex @azania1023 @XFactor079 @itsmmabatho @XFactor079 @goolamv @ChrisExcel102 @SABCNews @Julius_S_Malema @JGZ_Foundation

Is it intentional NEWS BLACKOUT?! Since Tuesday, Israeli occupation forces have escalated their attacks in every part of Gaza. They have been: ▪️killing and wounding people ▪️forcing people out of their homes ▪️destroying homes and other facilities ▪️tightening the blockade ▪️continuing ban on the entry of urgent medicines and medical equipment, in addition to thousands of food items ▪️expanding the area beyond the Yellow Line ▪️targeting policemen ▪️pressing the only five monopolising importers in Gaza to raise prices ▪️carrying out many many other violations..
