Where are we now with Iran
The new Iranian regime’s supreme leader says enriched uranium is not leaving the country. Isn’t that a tripwire?
We hear nothing about the issue of ballistic missiles, which is a huge issue.
Nothing about the Iranian people.
And nothing about what real enforcement would look like, given the regime has no intention of adhering to any deal in the years ahead.
The regime is also declaring victory based on the ceasefire and its constant extensions. It doesn’t believe we’ve the will to restart military operations or keep up the economic pressure. It’s well aware of the midterm elections and the pressure to get a deal.
It also seems like the issues on the table are being narrowed to reach a deal. I’m basing this on reports as well as experts who understand the Iranian regimen’s ideology and tactics.

For more than 82 days, the regime has cut off Iranians from the internet, silencing their voices and replacing them with its own fabricated narrative.
Our duty is to bring the true voice of the Iranian nation to the world.

I haven’t been as present on X lately, but absence from the timeline has never meant forgetting a free Iran.
Advocacy does not begin or end on social media. It lives in the rooms we enter, the conversations we shape, the colleagues we engage, and the values we carry with us wherever we go.
In April, I had the honor and pleasure of being invited to Stockholm to take part in discussions on a free Iran and to hear our #KingRezaPahlavi vision for its future. In Brussels, we advocated for European brain health. In Spain, I was invited to lecture on advocacy for our profession and our mission for our patients.
And in every space, in every discussion with colleagues, the name of Iran came up.
I met many colleagues who share our vision and who understand that a free Iran matters far beyond Iran’s borders. Some even greeted me in Spain with the words: “Free Iran!”
Because for me, advocacy can be for science, for our profession, for patients, and for human dignity. But the highest level of advocacy is, and will always remain, for a free Iran.
The flag of a free Iran follows me wherever I go, not only on social media, but in real life. In conference halls, policy discussions, academic exchanges, professional platforms, and every place where truth and freedom must be spoken.
Keeping that flag high is not a slogan and a free Iran is not an abstract dream. It is a mission carried by all of us who refuse to let the world forget the courage, dignity, and rightful future of the Iranian people.
My voice may be quieter here at times, but the advocacy continues, everywhere I am, and everywhere Iran must be named.
For a free Iran. Always.

Tommy Robinson’s Unite The Kingdom rally stands for love, unity, and patriotism.
Thousands from all backgrounds are proudly waving the Union Jack, especially the brilliant Iranian community. Truly inspiring.
