There’s a pandemic of Bad CVs ongoing in the labour market, it’s a longtime I’ve been impressed seeing someone’s CV at a glance. I’m no HR but I have this innate ability to know a badly written CV, one reason I envy those in the profession, I’ll just be angry everyday if I have access to such bad resumes. Don’t get me wrong, the skills and experience are there, but putting it better via a 2-3 pages CV is where many are getting it wrong. Do something with your CVs guy, get a second eye to check it if need be.
