@AClostmyluggage has anyone gotten their luggage or received compensation? I am going on almost 30 days with no correspondence from @AirCanada other than me calling and emailing daily in web tracer. Curious if anyone had gotten anywhere?
@felrod628@AClostmyluggage@AirCanada Luckily I had an air tag in mine so contacted the airline through web tracer to detail where it is. Next day, I saw it was in Columbus so I went to the airport to pick it up. Air Canada didn’t inform me it arrived. They delayed mine for four days

I told them where it was, and the next day it was on a plane. They didn’t inform me it arrived in Columbus. Luckily i had an AirTag in it. Thank goodness for air tags!
@juliekcone18@wilebookwizard@AClostmyluggage@AirCanada Hey Julie, I didn’t pick it up from Toronto. My air tag showed it was moved towards a plane, and then turned off. An hour later it showed it arrived at the airport in Columbus. Air Canada didn’t inform me of this. I drove to the airport in Columbus Ohio and picked it up

@nope_aintdoinit@juliekcone18@wilebookwizard@AClostmyluggage@AirCanada When my bag was in Toronto, it was in terminal 1. Terminal 1 is where I flew out from to go to Columbus. If that’s where you were, I would suggest looking in terminal one. I can send you screenshots of the location is was previously if terminal 1 is your terminal
@nope_aintdoinit@juliekcone18@wilebookwizard@AClostmyluggage@AirCanada Hey, I didn’t pick it up from Toronto. I followed my air tag and it said it finally arrived on Columbus, Ohio. The airline didn’t inform me of this. I drove to the airport and grabbed it after speaking to someone.
@Azizakegler@AClostmyluggage We were in terminal 1. As long as you are ok with lining up and waiting, you can get in and search. The AC rep is at Domestic Arrivals, green button to open doors by Tim Horton. Just ask, anyone can help direct.
@juliekcone18@wilebookwizard@AClostmyluggage@AirCanada Yes Julie! It’s apple air tags. I can see using find my app on my phone where exactly my suitcase is located. It has been sat in terminal 1 in the Toronto airport and I can see that whilst I am sitting in my home in Columbus Ohio
@juliekcone18@wilebookwizard@AClostmyluggage@AirCanada Ah ok! I can see mine at terminal 1 in Toronto airport via air tag. I think I’m going to go this weekend and drive 6 hours to pick it up. May as well say a weekend and get air Canada to reimburse my gas and hotel fees
@Azizakegler@wilebookwizard@AClostmyluggage@AirCanada them they have access to the system that tells you where your bag was last scanned. Mine is taking longer now because somehow I had 6 claims open but you can only have 1. All mine got closed. The lady I spoke to set itback up correctly. Now I've learned do nothing and it's better
Calling all lost luggage supporters. 🔈 Another bag issue that I need to address 😞 I have to say, we absolutely love @AirCanada but I can’t seem to locate my bag. Can someone please help? We were on flight AC 781 from Montreal to LAX. 🙏🏻
